Feedback and Complaints Policy

Policy statement

Transforming Kids Therapy Services is committed to ongoing improvement identified by clients, external providers, and our internal team. We recognise feedback is valuable in the process of continuous improvement and building greater business structures to support clients and clinicians in quality service provision.

 

The Feedback and Complaints Policy has been developed to establish the commitment of Transforming Kids Therapy Services to:

·       The rights of people with disability to have their say about the supports that they are receiving.

·       improving and developing our practices

·       improve supports within clinic to employees and clients.

 

All Australian consumers have the right to the services guaranteed in the service agreement. NDIS Participants have the right to complain if services do not meet their agreed expectations. This policy applies to all team members at Transforming Kids Therapy Services including Directors and Managers and all customers, their families, and advocates.

 

Any person who wishes to provide feedback around any aspect of our business can do so via:

-          In person through writing to the Practice manager at Shop A1 Blacktown Mega Centre, 14 St Martins Crescent Blacktown NSW 2148.

-          Via phone 02 9621 2504 or email practicemanager@tteam.com.au

-          To any staff member

 

We encourage feedback by:

    1. Sending a feedback collection form link to clients before employee appraisal

    2. Sending a feedback collection form link post assessment.

    3. Sending a feedback collection form link post new service provision procedures being implemented.

    4. Policy shaping procedure.
